School of QuCoLiMa Basics 2023

QuCoLiMa is a collaboration of a wide range of researchers from different areas of physics including condensed matter physics, quantum optics, light-matter interaction and quantum information. In order to establish a common knowledge basis for all students within QuCoLiMa we came up with the idea of the School of QuCoLiMa Basics in which participants can learn the fundamental ideas of a specific research field. In the upcoming second edition of this school, we focus on the fundamentals of condensed matter physics. This school will include three days of lectures, interactive sessions, scientific excursions and much more. We start the school with a dinner on Sunday at 19:00 and end it with a “coffee and physics” informal discussion round on Wednesday from 15:30 to 17:30.
